These terms explain use of the website and the enquiry process. The terms for a particular job, service or property introduction are agreed separately where applicable.
Enquiries and availability
An enquiry lets us review what you need and discuss the next steps. Submitting a form, choosing a preferred date or receiving an automatic acknowledgement does not by itself confirm a booking, property match, contractor appointment or lease.
Property availability, suitability, works, quotations and timescales must be checked for the particular request. Property owners, accommodation organisations and other parties make their own decisions and carry out their own checks. Website information does not guarantee a placement, rent level, approval or outcome.
Quotations, bookings and payments
A quotation or booking confirmation should identify the agreed work, who will carry it out, the price and any applicable payment terms. Artsyol collects its agreed booking or coordination fee only; the remaining works charge is paid directly to the trade. The scope, separate amounts and payment terms are confirmed before booking. A preferred appointment date remains a request until confirmed.
Please ask us about the scope, total price, deposit, cancellation arrangements or responsibility for the work before committing. These website terms do not introduce a universal deposit, a cancellation charge or a non-refundable-payment rule. Any applicable consumer cancellation and refund rights continue to apply.
Providing information
Please give accurate information and let us know if relevant details change. Only submit property information, photographs or documents that you are entitled to share. Do not use the forms to send unlawful material, impersonate another person, upload harmful files or interfere with the website.
An initial property enquiry does not constitute acceptance of a landlord introduction or non-circumvention agreement. The separate agreement and any fee are dealt with at the appropriate stage before proceeding with a suitable match.
