Artsyol coordinates services and controlled introductions. We do not act as an estate agent, collect rent or deposits, or manage tenancies.
List your property first. If we find a suitable match, we present the figures and agree any fee with you. We then sign a separate non-circumvention and fee agreement before proceeding. The agreed fee is payable on completion.
