Compliance Guidelines

Clear roles and the right checks

Artsyol coordinates property services, readiness work and introductions. The requirements for a particular property depend on its location, use, condition and the work proposed. A general website description or initial enquiry does not establish that a property meets every applicable requirement.

Certificates and specialist work

Where a task requires a particular qualification, registration or competence, the relevant specialist must be suitable for that work. The job scope and the person or business responsible should be clear before work begins. Relevant certificates or reports are issued by the specialist responsible for the assessment or work; Artsyol’s coordination is not itself a certificate.

If you request compliance or readiness support, provide the property details and any relevant existing reports. We can discuss which checks or specialists are needed. The findings of an inspection may identify further work; submitting a request does not guarantee that a certificate will be issued or that a property will pass an assessment.

Property introductions

Property owners and accommodation organisations remain responsible for their own suitability checks and decisions. Any proposed lease, acceptance or placement is subject to the relevant parties’ checks and agreed documentation. No council or provider acceptance is guaranteed.

Before work proceeds

Confirm the scope, price, access arrangements, responsible contractor and any documents you expect to receive. Where an inspection identifies additional work, that work needs to be explained and agreed before it proceeds, except where an immediate safety response is necessary.

To discuss a property or request a service, use the relevant enquiry form or email info@artsyol.co.uk. Website forms are for enquiries and should not be used to report an immediate emergency.
